– Please apply a fungicide application during the first week of installation of St. Augustine or Zoysia.
– Bahia is harvested from a cow pasture, subject to come in chunks, not always full pieces, fire ants, weeds, cow patties and can be off color
– Ecoturf Perennial Peanut goes through a shock period, put light layer of soil on top of sod to help minimize shock and keep roots moist
– Native Seashore Paspalum will have various other grasses contaminating it and may not hold together as well as other types of turf grass
