Sod and Groundcover Warranties:
Council Growers offers no warranties written or implied on any of its turfgrass or groundcover products. We realize this may come as a surprise to our customers, but these are living plants. There are many factors out of our control once the sod and groundcover leave the farm. We realize there are companies that claim to offer warranties. We have found many of these companies do not stand behind the warranties they offer, or their prices are much higher than ours in order to offer you this service. We are confident in our customer’s ability to research the best care for their grasses and to do their homework before choosing a sod or groundcover provider.
