Lawn Care Class
Sign up for our Lawn Care class on June 6th at 10am at the Council Growers Garden Center! Lawns require careful management especially with water restrictions and now a fertilizer ban. Travis himself will be there to guide you in best management practices and answer any questions you may have.
While you are planning your next season’s garden, why not visit a few Botanical Gardens to get some inspiration? Here is a list of just a few of the public gardens Florida has to offer:
Naples Botanical Gardens and Harry P Leu Gardens in Orlando are 2 of the biggest botanical gardens in Florida and have a lot to offer if you can make the trip.
Selby Gardens in Sarasota and Sunken Gardens St. Pete are awesome gardens that are more local.
Palma Sola Botanical Gardens is a smaller but charming public garden located in Bradenton.
Although not technically a botanical garden, Bok Tower Gardens offers 250 acres of walkable gardens and conservation land.

We have lots of beautiful caladiums available. Red, pink, white, freckled available. Caladiums make great tropical indoor and shade garden foliage.
