Three Signs You Need Fresh Sod Installation

There are a lot of problems that can arise with your lawn, and some of them are more easily remedied than others. Another common reason is to increase your home’s value prior to getting a home equity loan. In either case, one of the best ways to increase your curb appeal is with fresh sod installation. Over time, the roots of grass can become diseased or worn away through erosion, causing the grass to be unable to get nutrients from the soil and moisture from the earth.
